This provincial mini-unit focuses on Alberta’s journey into Confederation. It conforms to provincial curriculum requirements and allows students to engage with the biographies and statements of provincial, federal, and Indigenous historical figures who adopted pro- and anti-Confederation positions.
With specific curriculum objectives for: Grade 7: Social Studies 7 and Grade 9: Canada - Opportunities and Challenges
